Hi ,I see that the exact code exists in the both tabs ......so what is difference ?

There is no difference, it is simply you are accessing the same information from two different places - the back end vs the front end.

But why there is a warning to to edit from the XML window ?

The Warning is on both screens. Why? Because that's the way it was designed and implemented and has been used by 12 million Users so far.
