Using the Odoo Social Media App to schedule posts

Question

Facebook and linkedin working well but for Instagram it is saying it always Fails.  It says

Only photo or video can be accepted as media type.
I am using a Jpeg file what should I use (as this file works fine for FB and linkedin

Hi,
While JPEG is the accepted format, Instagram also has specific size and resolution requirements for images. Ensure your JPEG file adheres to these guidelines.

Even specifying the correct format for the images did not solve the problem.

It might be because the image size doesn't fall within the rules stipulated for instagram, between 1.91:1, and 4:5
