Hello all!

I am stuck on developer options activation.

You can see that there is no any actions in developer options menu. In new database it shows full options, when I create some customers, sales, accounting entries etc, during work suddenly extra developer options disappear and only this limited menu remain available. I had tried my best to track the problem, remove all extra addons, 3rd party addons etc update all modules, but unable to view full menu. In popup forms, full view is still available but in any other tree or form view only this limited dropdown menu appear.

If I create new database and start working from scratch, every thing working again, but after some days this happen again. NO any log seen in logs. I tried without proxy, with proxy, update all installation from github several time. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
