I want to modify some data in my invoice based on the fiscal_position_id field, but I don't know how to trigger an event when a new invoice is created from a quote. How can I do it?

Hi Rafael:
Activate developer mode, go to Settings > Technical > Automation > Automated Actions and create an automated action that is triggered on the "On Creation" of an Invoice record.
Make sure you select the following in the automated action:
Model: Journal Entry
Trigger: On Creation
Apply on: Type = "out_invoice"
