How to remove automatic phone code when creating a new contact?

Hi Weimar,

I'm not sure what exactly do you mean, but if you mean autocomplete as on the gif below (Gaps, plus, dash or brackets):

Then

Delete module phone_validation


⚠️

But, this is important, this module is associated with sending SMS and other modules. Make sure on a test database that this will not spoil your other processes and connectors.

Hello,

You can remove it from the settings. 

1. Activate developer mode and then go to settings.

2. You can see "User-defined defaults" in technical menu

3. There you can see the already existing default values you can simply delete from there,

Hi, I have bee following the steps, but in user-defined defaults I don't get an option that reflects the phobe or mobile. I'm using odoo16
