Can I have our own quotation running number instead of the Odoo system counter numbering?

Hi,
Does it mean to customize the sequence format ? To change the prefix and all ? If yes, you can activate the developer mode and under the settings menu, there is a sub menu named Sequences & Identifiers, from here, you can change/update the sequence as per the need.
If this is not the case let us know.

Can we just enter the serial number ? instead of the counter numbering? For quotations we received we want to follow the incoming quotation number
Noted. Thanks. I have used up that field already.
You can input the incoming quotation number in the Customer Reference under the Other info. And Odoo sequence will go on with default.
