Precise guide for creating new model, its default views and linking it to the old models via one2many and many2one field

Question

Dear all,
I can hardly find a full guide for the features cited in the title. I wonder whether with Odoo V16 community version and in developer mode no or less coding, I can create a new model , create its basic views for add,edit,view and delete records, then refering to the new models via some one2many, many2one fields from old models.
Please help me or post a good link for this topic.
