When trying to edit a task in project management and enter a description, I get an error:
Error:Pad creation failed, either there is a problem with your pad server URL or with your connection.
How do I resolve this so I can enter a description?

I got this working by uninstalling collaborative pads and reinstalling. It's working now with no error.
