It is not recommended to override the standard functionality of Create button rather a new button can be added which directs the user to the required module. 

And how to create the new button ? (sorry I do not have enought Karma to post as comment)

Hi,

Create an automated action in the database for this model and executing on creation of the record, and from the automated action you can perform any operations on pressing the create button.
