Speedy, please give us some more information. What errors do you get, how does your screen look, what is the problem? Nobody can help you with just this.

Any suspicious entries in your log file?
Two ideas: The icons are realized with bootstrap so it is basically a font file, which is included and shown. The boxes [] show that the character could not be displayed by the font. I would check, if the font is available at this place. Also, since you're using Chrome I would hit F12 to see if there are any Resources missing. You could also post a screenshot of this for further investigation.
