i downloaded the odoo 18 community edition, it downloaded successfully but the system is refusing to download and install postgresql12.4. i have tried this on various computers and i even went back to downloadig version 17. I get the same problems.

I have the installation file but when i run it outside the odoo installation environment i am unable to change the installation location etc.

This is now stopping me from testing and continuing the development of my companies Odoo instance.

please advise
