One simple solution for this problem is that, you can follow Setting --> Translations --> Import/Export --> Export Translation --> In Export setting select language, File format(CSV OR PO) and Model (Product or whatever you want). Then use can change easily terms by CSV or PO file. Afterthat you import this file on same model destination where you exported. Screenshot also atteched below.

I have found the answer,

Steps to be done

1.Change the preferences to the desired language.

2.In product template, export the 'name' field for all products(if its Arabic, Please export in excel format).

3.Add the translated values in excel or CSV sheet to the corresponding id.

4.Import the excel or CSV sheet.

Product names are translated easily.
