how can upgrade my database from V13 to V14 in SH server?

Hello Pedro,

I think to upgrade a database from odoo v-13 to v-14 you need to contact odoo guys, and I guess for this you can generate a ticket to odoo and ask them the there guidelines to upgrade from odoo13 to odoov14.

for on premise, Odoo has provided documentation; download, backup DB, install update.

Not now. This is what Odoo S.A. says about upgrading to V14 in odoo.sh 

"For Odoo.sh users: we know the above command line doesn't work because of restrictions regarding the use of the command pg_dump.

Later this year, we will provide an easier integration to upgrade databases from Odoo.sh and Odoo Online.

I still have not found a simple way to do it on Odoo.sh, but you can try this on your server:

Hi, Tomaz, in fact we don't have this possibility in SH.
