I installed an odoo 11 community version and everytime when I go to that a place:

Dashboard >> General Settings >> External Email Servers

There is aways filled my website domain as Alias Domain and if we saved we can not send out any email unless we delete all character.

So, what is the right way to set that a catch-all email doamin, is there any instruction about it?

Yes, there is an instruction about it: please read https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/11.0/discuss/email_servers.html. Please make sure you really have set up a catchall email address on your email server (or email hosting provider). Check the log entries and the email queue to get more information about what is happening behind the scene.

Ermin, thanks for your reply.

Your link is useful for me to undersdand Odoo's email conversation system, and now I can create an send out quotation email under the user status of Odoo Administrator, but when I try to copy the old one quatation and try to send it out, or switch to another user to send a new one, nobody will get that an email.

So, wether I need to set an unique SMTP server account for every staff in my company? and why I can not send quotation email successfuly under a non administrator status?

Please help me, thanks.
