Hii,
By default Odoo 12.0 is saving images for Employees and Products in binary format inside table field. This is causing growing database size very fast. 
I wan to save images in a directory while name and path of the image in the Employees and Products table. 
Please guide what kind of customization required to achieve this requirement and in which python classes?
