Do we have the option to create backups and then restore them ourselves?
or it's just the same as the Odoo free plan, in that we can download the backup but cannot install it ourselves.

Hi,
Odoo Online did not offer a direct option for users to restore databases on their own. The database backups and restoration process were managed by Odoo's support team. If you need to restore your Odoo Online database, you should reach out to Odoo's customer support.

Hi,
If you are using odoo online, you cannot import any database to it. You can create the database by selecting the app and then if you need to get a backup of it, you can download the backup but there is no option to restore it.
