I have an odoo instance installed on a remote server. there are more than 50 users mainly working on the crm module and sales.

the service is very slow and takes a lot of time for them to search and to open the leads. 

my resources are 32 GB and 16 cores CPU. I am using 16 workers for the configurations and 4 cron workers.

I tried to monitor using 'htop' and 'free -h' commands. but I couldn't understand exactly how this will help me as it is just giving me the usage at the same time of running the command.

another thing i didn't understand is that when I run 'free -h' command it gives me free '200MB' and available '8 GB', but I don't understand exactly the difference and I tried to search but couldn't understand.

can you please help me how to decide what is the problem and what is the best way to solve the problem?

also if increasing the resources to 40GB RAM and 20 Cores would make it faster?
