You can check with your odoo support or you can request for the same in the chatter/discuss thread under the sale order or invoice in odoo.com [1]  where you have made the payment.

Also after logging into your odoo account, see if you can see your subscription in the below link:   https://www.odoo.com/my/subscription [2]
