No its not ported module ,i try to add account_financial_report in addons got error with old api

You need the balance of default account 999999 of type Current Year Earnings, this is a calculated number in the report. The Odoo Community standard report does not include this account. If you only want to add the current year earnings, you can add this the same way as in the OCA report to the original Odoo report. Just look at the code.
