How can I control the way Odoo shows a Contact? Sometimes it shows the address / email / tax id, etc

Question

Here are some of the ways I have seen Odoo show the Partner:

Sales Order:
with address:
Image [1]
without address:
Image [2]
with email:
Image [3]

How is this configured?
Can I display the address on a single line?  Are there other options?

Context is how this is all managed.
These are the most common options - you add the context dictionary to the View XML:
