Hello, good afternoon. I would like to consult how to create a group of contacts in odoo 
to send an activity plan together?

Example: you want to send a schedule of activities to all the members of the 
administration group.

Not entirely clear on the question, but believe you are looking to create like a mailing list?

If so, you can create a channel in Discuss App and Auto Subscribe Groups, like in your example Sales/Administrator

Thanks for answering. Your answer is close to what I'm looking for

Possibly I was not very clear, but what I want to do is to be able to send a massive activity schedule (to several users at the same time).

Thanks, while you can send notifications and messages to a channel I don't believe you can assign activities to channels.

If you need to assign activities linked to a document to multiple users, you might want to consider importing them.
