Filter in CallMethod

Question

Hi.

I'm using Odoo 11 and the question is very simple. When I do a XML_RPC::CallMethod, exists the possibility to do a filter or pass the condition (where) to get the data more efficient?
For example, I have a table with 2000 récords and only want the records which name begins with 'a' or that create_date between two dates.

If I understand your question correctly you are asking whether you can specify a condition while querying records using the XML-RPC api.
Yes. You can specify a valid domain in the search. Here's an example from the documentation that will help clarify things.
