When setting up incoming and outgoing mail servers. Am I to set up an incoming and outgoing mail server set for every user that will send or recieve?

Hello Brandon,


You need to configure only 1 email in outgoing mail server,It will work for all the users. using that credentials email system will send notification to different users.


For incoming mail server, it depends from which ID you want to fetch mails. For examples if you want to fetch recruitment mails from your career mail ID into HR module and also want to fetch leads from your sales mail ID, to achieve this you need to create two separate records. So it depends on your requirement.
