One of our staff has left the company, I've just archived his user account, but do I need to do anything in terms of reducing the amount of user from our odoo subscription?

@Cybrosys, thanks, but we are on a monthly subscription, we didn't go for the annual plan.

The same rules apply. You can only reduce the number of Users when you renew your subscription. If this is monthly, you need to notify your Odoo Account Manager prior to the renewal of the next month that you want to change the terms of your subscription. There is no automatic adjustment.
