Hey Fred, I've been there too! Adding a CC to your invoice emails in odoo can be a bit of a pain, but it's definitely possible. So, here's what you gotta do: mess around with the email templates. They're kinda hidden in odoo, but we can dig 'em up.

Hop over to Settings (you want debug mode on, because odoo hides loads of stuff without it). Then navigate through Technical, hunt for Email, then Templates.

Find the invoice template. It's usually got a name like Invoice: Send by mail. Once you open it up, look for the field marked CC. That's where you throw in your bookkeeper's email.

If you're hitting a wall finding these templates, it might be that you dont have the right permissions. Odoo can be a bit goofy with access rights. Maybe have a word with your admin, make sure you have full access to those settings.

Under Technical -> Email -> Email Templates, You need to check for the template with name Invoice: Sending.
Under Email Configuration tab, you can see the cc option.
