We've had a couple of times a bad gateway unfortunately due to probably clicking on the delivery note on the customer platform. How can we solve this?

We've had a bad gateway several times and it is still unclear how to solve/prevent this from happening. My strong suggestion is that it's triggered by clicking on the sales order -> customer preview -> delivery note. When the pdf starts loading (possible via Adobe Chrome extension), it keeps on refreshing and triggers the too many users/bad gateway.
