Any items/task/tickets which are shared has access token included, I dont not need to have the access token in the links. Can someone help me on how to prevent this? I need all the links to go without an access token.

Is it only if we access from the portal? because we do not use the portal. we use Odoo only for internal purpose and employee.
The access token has it purpose, my advise is do not remove it
If you do that, some feature will be gone, for example when you access an invoice from the portal without access token , the user won't be able to comment in the chatter
If you really wish to do this, i'll show you the step
