Hello,


I just upgrading from Odoo 18 to 18.4 and as soon as i did this, i cannot access the individual product pages on my website. The website itself opens fine, but when trying to access the individual product pages, i get the following error:


Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.


I tried opening a support ticket in Odoo but no one even jumped on it yet. Anyone can help?

Hi,


Since you’re on Odoo Online (SaaS) with no customizations, this is almost certainly a bug introduced in the 18.4 upgrade.


There’s nothing you can fix yourself, because you don’t have server access or custom code to adjust.


Best option is to open a support ticket directly with Odoo at https://www.odoo.com/help


In your ticket, explain: “After upgrade from 18.0 to 18.4, product pages show Internal Server Error. No Studio or custom modules.”


Open your browser console (press F12 → Console tab) when the error happens and take a screenshot.


Attach that screenshot to your ticket so Odoo engineers can see the exact QWeb/JS error.


While waiting, you can duplicate your database from the Odoo portal to test if the same problem happens there too.


Only Odoo support can patch this on SaaS, so submitting the ticket with details + screenshot is the fastest way.
