CC & RASPAIL
La société CC & RASPAIL (connue sous la marque CHARLOTTE CHESNAIS) est spécialiséedans la création de bijoux au design innovant pensés comme de nouvelles pièces intemporelles.
Les créations sont uniques, fabriquées à la main dans les meilleurs ateliers de France.
La société possède 3 boutiques à Paris et une en cours d’ouverture au Japon.
La société CC & RASPAIL utilise actuellement Fastmag pour sa gestion ERP et boutiques ainsi
que NuOrder pour les commandes en showroom. Les deux outils sont connectés. La comptabilité
est externalisée et tenue sur Cegid Quadra, les achats et les règlements sont suivis dans Spendesk
qui donne pleine satisfaction. Les outils Silae (Paie) et NewDeal (portail employé) sont utilisés par la RH.
Les solutions actuelles ne sont pas pleinement intégrées et ne permettent pas d’avoir un fonctionnement
optimisé. La société CC & RASPAIL souhaite évoluer vers un système plus performant et remplacer les
briques Fastmag et NuOrder, voire Spendesk.
Arkeup a réalisé en décembre 2024 une phase de cadrage afin d’analyser le besoin CC & RASPAIL.
Puis Arkeup a lancé le projet d’implémentation de Odoo v18;
