C2S est un laboratoire indépendant spécialiste des sols sportifs synthétiques, accrédité par le COFRAC. De la construction à la validation finale des surfaces sportives, ou lors des tests périodiques et obligatoires des surfaces en usage, C2S est en capacité de réaliser tous les tests sur l’ensemble du territoire français et pour l’ensemble des disciplines sportives, qu’elles soient pratiquées en externe ou en interne
Descriptif du projet :
Odoo a été mis en place en 3 étapes. Tout d’abord pour une gestion complète de l’activité commerciale (saisie des devis, des commandes, facturation), puis l’ajout des modules achats pour la gestion des achats comprenant quelques prestations en sous-traitance. Le dernier lot a permis la mise à disposition d’un planning d’intervention directement lié aux commandes via le module projets. Le planning et les commandes sont liés, l’avancée du statut des commandes fait avancer aussi le statut des tâches au planning. Le planning permet l’attribution des tâches aux techniciens de contrôle, la réservation des matériels nécessaires aux tests.
