Pain Point:Bin Bakar Group operates both KIKO Milano and Boutique De Royal, managing complex retail, warehouse, manufacturing, and back-office operations across multiple locations. The group faced fragmented systems, manual POS processes, disconnected inventory visibility, siloed finance workflows, and non-standardized HR operations. Online and offline sales were not fully synchronized, and management lacked consolidated, real-time reporting across both businesses.
Solution:
Trionex implemented a centralized Odoo ERP solution for Bin Bakar Group, covering both KIKO Milano and Boutique De Royal while maintaining clear operational and financial segregation through operating units. FBR-compliant multi-branch POS standardized retail operations across both brands. Integrated inventory, sales, purchase, and accounting modules delivered real-time stock control and centralized financial visibility. Shopify integration synchronized online and in-store sales for KIKO Milano, supported by a customized loyalty program. Manufacturing and production modules optimized workflows for Boutique De Royal. HRM digitized attendance, payroll, and employee management, while Ginkgo and Power BI enabled process automation and data-driven decision-making at the group level.
