It was founded in 1990 and initially engaged in metal processing on eccentric machines, while the metalworking trade later transformed into a plastic processing trade specializing in the processing of thermoplastics. The company currently employs 14 people and annually produces and sells over 20 million products for the Slovenian and mainly foreign markets. The company VARSPOJ, d.o.o. is equipped with the latest injection molding machines and other technology for the processing of thermoplastics. It offers customers a full range of services from the development and manufacture of tools in cooperation with other companies to the production and delivery of finished products. Vasco is een Vlaams familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 40 jaar keukens op maat maakt. In een eigen atelier en lakkerij met kwaliteitsvol materiaal en moderne machines, wordt iedere droomkeuken waarheid. Vasco beschikt over twee vestiging, een vestiging in Kalmthout en een vestiging in Wilrijk, hun team bestaat uit een 65-tal medewerkers die keukens verkopen, opmeten, produceren, plaatsen, opvolgen en herstellen. Als een eerste uitdaging heeft Callista het tekenpakket Winner Design geïntegreerd met Odoo om de offertes en prijzen van producten automatisch te verwerken. Vervolgens werden de andere aspecten van Odoo opgenomen om een totaalintegratie van proces te bekomen, het gaat hierbij onder meer over het opvolgen van projecten, het produceren van keukens, het plannen van plaatsingen, het plannen van herstellingen, het opvolgen van aanwezigheden met een geïntegreerde tikklok, het boeken van verkoopfacturen, het doorsturen van aankooporders, etc. In een all-in-one oplossing wordt Odoo uitgerold binnen de organisatie zodat processen en communicatie op elkaar wordt afgestemd. Vastiau Godeau
Bij Vastiau-Godeau maak je kennis met een eindeloze collectie aan meubelen en accessoires. In een showroom van meer dan 45.000 m² laten bezoekers zich inspireren met diverse stijlen en interieur mogelijkheden.In een behoefte om de verouderde, standalone software te vervangen, zag Vastiau-Godeau potentieel om te kiezen voor een omnichannel oplossing waarbij kassa, webshop en winkelverkopen naadloos geïntegreerd zijn.
In een eerste fase werd de bestaande webshop vervangen door een standaard implementatie van Odoo eCommerce waarbij aan de hand van configuraties alle inhoud en verkoopopties konden ingericht worden.
De tweede fase sluit aan bij de operationele verwerking waarbij aankopen en stockbeheer maar ook de kassa en winkelverkopen in gebruik worden genomen.
Deze processen samenbrengen, vereenvoudigt de verwerking van de stock waarbij alle verkoopkanalen en communicatie richting de klant gecentraliseerd worden.
Een uitdaging in dit project is het ruime assortiment aan retailproducten die tijdsgebonden zijn aan nieuwe trends en interieur stijlen.
Door een aantal elementen in de product -en prijsopbouw van Odoo te optimaliseren, kan Vastiau-Godeau haar productinformatie met gebruiksgemak beheren.
Zo heeft Calllista ervoor gezorgd dat de aanvullende maatwerk ontwikkelingen mooi aansluiten op de standaard apps van Odoo.
Met deze strategie houden we rekening met een lange termijnoplossing die eenvoudig te migreren is naar toekomstige Odoo releases. Husstande
