Un portail client a été intégré, permettant aux clients d’accéder à leurs études et de soumettre de nouvelles demandes en toute autonomie. En parallèle, une intégration du site web a été initiée et un lien Power BI ont aussi été ajoutés. Ces améliorations permettent à Techni'Sens d’optimiser ses processus et d’offrir une meilleure visibilité à ses clients.
