The system was upgraded to Odoo v18 with 31 custom modules covering sales, purchase, accounting, inventory, and multi-company management. Ginkgo integration enabled real-time product, pricing, and inventory synchronization. Data migration and testing ensured accurate transition, followed by go-live and KPI-focused dashboards for reporting and analytics.
