Het Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest is een aansprekend symfonieorkest van topmusici. De Stichting Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest wil het cultureel erfgoed van de symfonische muziek overbrengen aan een zo breed mogelijk publiek. Het orkest geeft daarom meer dan 100 concerten per jaar, zowel in Nederland als in het buitenland, en daarnaast ook online via streams, radio en tv.Ter ondersteuning van alle financiële processen werd gewerkt met AccountView, ScanSys ImageCapture, Exact Synergy, Excel Add-in, DocViewer en BrancheView. In 2025 ontstond de wens voor een herinrichting en optimalisatie (tijd besparen). Door te kiezen voor de alles-in-één, volledig cloudoplossing van Odoo worden zowel tijd als softwarekosten bespaard.
Dat Odoo daarnaast ook extra mogelijkheden biedt voor de marketingafdeling (CRM, e-mailmarketing, evenementenbeheer, website) én voor HRM, levert extra voordelen op die in een volgende fase benut zullen worden.
In samenwerking met dooIT is daarom gekozen om over te stappen naar Odoo.
