Skangaļu Muiža is a remarkable manor that was handed over to the Latvian Children's Support Foundation by the Salvation Army in January 2023. The head of the foundation had long dreamed of creating a child-friendly and accessible environment that would provide opportunities for meetings and camps for children with communication difficulties and behavioral disorders. All the manor's income is reinvested into the development and enhancement of services and support for children. This small project is planned as a fully integrated Odoo solution, designed to help the staff digitize their daily tasks. It will enable them to manage potential clients using CRM, handle accommodation sales, oversee hospitality projects, and consolidate operations within a single system, eliminating the need for numerous spreadsheets and sticky notes.
