Webinar Planning & Execution
- Plan and coordinate webinars: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to define topics, agendas, and speakers.
- Manage logistics end-to-end: Create registration pages, send invites and reminders, track attendance, and handle follow-ups.
- Run live events: Ensure smooth execution, manage audio/video setup, troubleshoot issues, and provide support during webinars.
Analysis & Promotion
Analyse and improve: Gather feedback, monitor attendance and performance metrics, and suggest improvements for future webinars.
Support marketing campaigns: Help promote webinars through emails, social media, and other channels to maximise reach.

Must have
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
- Strong organisational and planning skills; ability to handle multiple webinars simultaneously
- Tech-savvy, enthusiastic about online events, and able to quickly adapt to new tools
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented :)
Nice to have
- Proficiency with webinar tools: Vmix & YouTube
- Bachelor or Master Degree
The diploma is not the most important.

What we offer
Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
