FTP address with saas version

Question

Hi,

using saas version of odoo 7 for 2 users at the moment. Need to setup ftp mode, but can't find which address to set in the configuration.

Using the <instancename>.odoo.com url doesn't work.

Does someone knows how to correctly setup the ftp access?

Hi Philippe, on the SAAS you can not use FTP. What do you need it for?

My need is to put some static documents available to download on the website (after user signed in, like an extranet) and I want to manage these documents throught odoo rather than store them on an external system.
