It includes hundreds of business apps:
On the Odoo website you are able to add pdf just as if it was an image.
The only problem is that it will be hidden behind a pdf icon that doesn't look really good.
I would people to view and be able to download the pdf when they click on a specific text.
How can I do that?

Please follow the following steps :
1. in 15.0 or 16.0, you have to do the following workaround:
1.1 upload the document as if it was an image directly via the website builder.
1.2 copy the link to the document (using a right click on the pdf icon) "Copy link address"
1.3 select a text and open the link options in the editor (you can use CTRL+K or the 'link' icon in the text editor)
1.4 paste what you copied in 1.2 as url
This also works for other types of document

I want to create a text link with a pdf file in Odoo and I did all the steps mentioned above. I could create a text link but when I click on the link, the file is not viewable in the new window. It just gets downloaded. Please advise what should I do.
