Maria is a Customer Success Manager at Odoo Inc. in San Francisco. She joined Odoo In June 2018. In this role, she coordinates with various service teams to strategically find the best solutions for businesses that use our software.
Getting quality leads is essential for your company to grow. In this talk, we will cover three different ways of increasing the quality of your leads and opportunities by using the Reveal service:
- Convert your website visitors into leads (website lead generation);
- Generate leads based on a set of criteria (lead mining);
- Enrich the company data of your opportunities (lead enrichment).
You will also learn more about In-App Purchase Services, the process to buy credits, and the GDPR implications of such features.
In addition to all of that, you will, at first hand, get to know about the improvements, such as:
- New pipeline proactivity report, combining messages and activities. Powerful filters using the opportunity and mail objects;
- From your pipeline, generate new leads based on their country, technologies, size, etc;
- Allow the user to use a new or existing customer when creating a quotation from a lead that does not have any set;
- Rename Sales Teams views;
- Improve the lead search view in CRM.
