Multimedia Technologies provides audio and video solutions throughout the Bahamas and the Caribbean, which means logistics play a fundamental role in their operation. Items are imported and then transfers between islands and internal locations happen. After the sale has been confirmed and the delivery of the product has been validated, a series of tasks need to be completed: the installation of the device, configuration, testing, and training for end-users. Those activities should have an automatic report generated, which is handled using our free mobile app; giving the technician the tools needed to start and finish a report at the same time as the execution using a cellphone. This allows the collection of the client's signature right away and gives visibility to the report via the customer portal.
Once all initial activities have been completed for a specific project, warranty management, maintenance, repairs, and replacements are day-to-day activities; which are managed using Odoo.
There are underlying administrative workflows that take place, like invoicing, accounting, project management, expense management, HR management, and marketing initiatives.
