Odoo announces a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and partnership with Mama Ngina University College (MNUC), a constituent college of Kenyatta University. This alliance will integrate the Odoo Education Programme into MNUC’s curriculum, strategically focusing on equipping students in Digital Technology and Primary Health Care with essential enterprise resource planning (ERP) and business management skills, preparing them for leadership roles in the rapidly digitizing health and tech sectors.

Empowering the next generation of digital innovators

Two parties signing

Mama Ngina University College is committed to producing graduates who are not only academically grounded but also equipped with practical, market-driven skills, with a core emphasis on leveraging technology to drive development. This partnership ensures that students, particularly those in technology and health sciences, gain hands-on experience using an integrated suite of business applications.

The MoU signing ceremony was presided over by the College's leadership. Although the Vice Chancellor, Professor Zipporah Ng’ang’a, was unavailable, the partnership was formally cemented by Professor Thomas Sakwa, the Deputy Vice Chancellor, who signed on behalf of the institution.

"This collaboration with Odoo is a pivotal step in fulfilling our mission to provide transformative teaching and research. By embedding a world-class ERP system into our training, we are ensuring our students, particularly those focused on digital technology and primary health, are fully prepared to manage and lead technologically complex organizations from day one."
