Human Resources - Hiring Officer
The hiring officer is responsible to grow our SF team to the next level; from the sourcing of candidates to the qualification, interview and on-boarding of new employees. (~60 new employees expected in 2018)
Sourcing: careers fairs, online posts, local schools, etc.
Triage, review, short list applications
Follow-up with candidates
Additional HR and Administration responsibilities unrelated with recruitment.
Evaluate on potential, not on experience
