With the help of diferent department and multiple pipeline in CRM you can manage it. Under the department with the access right of user you can mange sales head and team leader and team member you can mange all those things.

Hi, all,My question is that if I have a three tiers of management system, could odoo CE 11 manage this?For example, I have a general manager who can access customer information of the whole country.The regional manager can access customer information in this own state. The employee can only sees the customer information he/she created.Could your role management handle this? I am new to odoo CE 11, so I am not sure.Thanks,Tom Luo
