I dont think you have to analyse module other than the one your code depend on.
I need to analyze the licenses of the buyed addons and downloaded addons as it appears to be a GREY area for me :)

So about using OCA module in Enterprise is ok as long as long as the dev respect :
I did not saw any OCA module depending on Enterprise, so I realy think you can use all OCA module with Odoo enterprise.
