Hello, I'm editing the look and feel of the forum page in our website. I have added a "banner" page heading, but I can't seem to position it at the top of the page - instead it will only go underneath a block which shows the name of the forum (and I can't edit or remove that block). When I have and then look at the page, the banner doesn't show at all - only the block with the forum name in. Help!
