Piet is a Team Leader on Odoo’s Quickstart team with 4 years of experience implementing projects both large and small. Half of his time was spent working on Odoo’s Large Accounts team as a Project Director, which gave Piet first hand experience implementing clients with 200+ employees and over 200M+ annual revenue. Now that he is back on the Quickstart Team, he is using this experience to help improve how the Belgian team implements complex projects.

This talk, hosted by Piet Gruyters, is intended to be a resource to guide new and experienced Partners, perhaps even clients, on how to best approach developing new features for clients, what questions to ask yourself before committing, and how to better assess if you truly need that extra line of custom code.
