Max is the Head of Service ERP Consulting at much. Consulting. He leads Odoo projects for companies in the service sector, helping them stay efficient and on top of their business operations. Overview

This talk looks at how the Swiss e-mobility provider Simplee AG use an automated solution to create individual offers based on a survey embedded in their website.

Simplee AG saw a chance to make their in-house sales team more efficient by improving how they create offers. Writing customized offers is crucial for winning customers but it was taking up hours each week, which could have been spent on dealing with bigger or more complex leads.

For this purpose, our customer Simplee AG will report on how the custom Odoo module, called Survey Sale Generator, has enabled them to optimize & automate their core sales processes.
 
On the example of Simplee, we will show:

- How to automate offer creations through an integrated Survey-to-Sales Process
- How to avoid transferring data manually from internal documents to Odoo quotations
- How to create a dynamic and responsive sales funnel with Odoo Website, Portal & Sales

Key Learnings - The audience will be presented with answers to questions such as:

- How core sales processes can be automatedin Odoo while still being able to provide tailored offers to each potential client?
- How to design the client-facing survey on the Odoo Website in a user-friendly and visually appealing way?
- How to implement the Survey Sale Generator in Odoo in a cost-efficient manner by relying on an existing open-source module?
