Time Management is vital for manufacturing companies. Indeed, in order to provide the best possible service to a customer, every move and operation need to be planned precisely. This implies setting up lead times for manufacturing orders, deliveries, receptions and so on.
In this talk, we will review those concepts and discover how we can plan our production in the most efficient way.
