Vinumac’s management got easier with Odoo

In order to churn out top-quality products, Vinumac is equipped with suitable manufacturing and testing meteorological devices to meet customer specifications and quality standards along with qualified and highly competent manpower to strictly ensure on-time deliveries to customers. 

​Hence to smoothen its operations, Vinumac’s Management Team decided to implement Odoo in the company. 

Outgrowing Competency:

With 3 decades of experience, Vinumac just not only believes in delivering quality products on time but also aims to gain customer satisfaction and delight. 
​Vinumac wants to keep track of manufacturing and inventory units regularly. The company was looking for a software solution that will help it manage inventory stock and forecasting. The company started using software named ‘seed’ in the first place, but eventually, it became difficult to keep track of inventories and orders and hence manufacturing planning. 

Accounting:​
Having all data in one system at one platform enabled easier calculation and reporting. Odoo offered Vinumac a customized accounting module along with GST implementation as per the Indian Accounting Standards. 

​Sales and Invoicing:
Sales module helps Vinumac to track all the current sales orders so that management can easily optimize targets and action plans for production and supply.

​Furthermore, Odoo has also customized invoicing for Vinumac wherein if the company has not released the invoice before the 5 days of order day, it sends an alert to the management to generate the invoice to complete the order. 

​Odoo Documents:
With Odoo Documents, Vinumac can easily store and share documents on a single platform which eventually will be useful for sharing vendor materials, tasks, and product sheets for manufacturing easily. 

Result:

After implementing Odoo, Stock tracking has become easy, hence planning and forecasting for manufacturing, inventories, and orders. The production has been increased resulting in cost savings since they can manage and plan the stock in advance. In-time planning and execution also result in an increase in annual turnover. According to the company, the revenue of the company has increased by 5% as compared to the previous year.
